Promotional Kiosk & Electronic Drawing System
“Your Kiosk Should Think like You”
Micro Gaming Technologies, Inc. (MGT) designs and develops software to automate, track and report all of your casino promotions. The MGT software applications interface bi-directionally with your existing player tracking system (Aristocrat, Bally, IGT, Konami) and a touch screen kiosk.
The kiosk becomes an employee that knows every player in your database, can evaluate the historical gaming activity and use the information to determine an appropriate prize based on the patrons gaming value. The real time Promotional Intelligence controls how much of the promotion budget is distributed to each patron.
The kiosk can issue prizes by printing a bar coded voucher or electronically posting the prize to the player’s account. Electronic prizes include: Slot Free Play, Ticket-less Drawing Entries, Points, Comps, Ticket-less Drawing Entry Multipliers, Point Multipliers, and Comp Multipliers.
Imagine your new employee as a self serve kiosk:
- Reducing the lines at the players club and increasing gaming play time
- Reducing labor cost and printing cost of drawing tickets
- Eliminating rewards for the “no play” customers
- Eliminating paper coupon and paper drawing ticket fraud
- Eliminating your drawing barrel and animating your casino drawings electronically on T.V.’s throughout the casino/hotel
- Increasing new player enrollments, carded handle, trip frequency, and length of stay
- Delivering instant reports measuring promotion cost/revenue in summary or detail (during or after promotion)
- Casino management can now use real time player evaluations to determine what promotional offer to give the player instantly. The offer that the player gets can be hidden and revealed through interactive flash games similar to video slot bonus rounds.
MGT Interactive Games are customized with your casino brand and include: electronic scratch cards, electronic pull tabs, electronic birthday card, spin the wheel, spin the slot reels, pick a symbol, and match the symbols. Although the reward has been predetermined based on historical gaming activity, the process of the game revealing the reward to the player creates a winning experience rather than an entitlement experience.
